Huffmaster belongs to numerous associations. Below is a list of ones that Huffmaster is actively involved in through trade shows, sponsorships and events.
ASIS International is the preeminent organization for security professionals. Founded in 1955, ASIS is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals by developing educational programs and materials that address broad security interests, such as the ASIS Annual Seminar and Exhibits, as well as specific security topics.
The ASIS Detroit Chapter is dedicated to providing the very best in monthly educational programs at little or no cost to members. Chapter meetings are held six times a year in conjunction with the education programs. In addition, ASIS Detroit continues to host a number of networking events including ASIS Detroit Hockey Night and the Annual ASIS Detroit Chapter Golf Outing at Reddeman Farms.
Founded in 1964, ASHHRA represents more than 3,350 human resources professionals across the nation. ASHHRA is governed by a 13-member board of directors, four standing committees, and more than 45 affiliated chapters who are all committed to enhancing the profession and moving forward toward one common goal – excellence in health care human resources.
The National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), established in 1971, is an international association of chemical distributors and their supply-chain partners. Member companies process, formulate, blend, re-package, warehouse, transport, and market these chemical products for over 750,000 customers.
SOCMA, the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates, Inc., is the only U.S. based trade association dedicated solely to the batch, custom and specialty chemical industry. From its office in Washington, DC, SOCMA advocates on behalf of the batch, custom and specialty chemical industry for U.S. laws and regulations that affect our members’ competitiveness and bottom line.

The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) is a trade association that represents companies offering security (alarm) monitoring systems through a central station. It also represents companies that provide services and products to the industry.
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is an international federation of more than 100 local associations and affiliated organizations. Founded in 1907, its 16,500-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of commercial properties. IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,500 members in 78 countries.
The American Water Works Association is an international nonprofit educational association dedicated to safe water. Founded in 1881 as a forum for water professionals to share information and learn from each other for the common good, AWWA is the authoritative resource for knowledge, information, and advocacy for improving the quality and supply of water in North America and beyond.
AAEM is a non-profit organization of emergency management personnel established to Instill and stimulate love of our community, state and country, Advocate a strong emergency preparedness program adequate for the defense of our country and much more.
